1. Preliminary

Moonline Lufthansa City Center, (Moonline LCC,) operates an online website. As a leading Travel Agency in Iraq and the region, we are bound to fully comply with conditions as set by IATA to which we shall very soon become a full member. Please note that as a Travel Agency we provide bookings to our customers on behalf of airlines, hotels, car rental companies and other third parties. We will always endeavour to contract with reputable partners. However, Moonline LCC is not the end provider of the final service to our customers and as such, cannot influence the service provider directly.

2. Contract Contents

A binding contract comes in existence as soon as the person making the booking presses the button "confirm booking". This consists of a legally binding Contract between Moonline LCC and the person or Company making the booking, to provide a service or services with a third party service provider. By contractually agreeing to the booking the person making the booking confirms that he/she is of legal age and legally entitled to enter into the Contract. The person making the booking is bound to the booking for 72 hours. Within this timeframe and on acceptance of the booking, Moonline LCC will enter into a contract with the booking person or Company. Payment will be by bank transfer or by credit card whereby the cardholder will be debited for full or partial payment. Once the booking is paid for in full, the booking will be considered finalized and all travel documents will be remitted to the client.
A full summary of the reservation and cost will be confirmed and submitted to the client by email.

3. Responsibilities

The contractual responsibility of Moonline LCC is to efficiently provide the products and services as booked. The actual service, as such, is not the responsibility of Lufthansa City Center. Moonline LCC acts, on account of and on behalf, of the service provider. The prices and conditions are set in accordance as contractually agreed between Moonline LCC and the service providers.
For further information about the products, services and conditions offered by the service providers please check the bookings conditions, as indicated on their websites.
In agreement with Law (EG) Nr.2111/2005 of the European Parliament and Council of 14.12.2005, Moonline LCC will confirm the identity of the service provider to the client at the time of booking and on the booking confirmation.
a) Each reservation made by the client on the Moonline LCC website is construed to be an offer to contract a service with a third party service provider as booked by the client.
b) The person making the booking must verify the booking confirmation/cash receipt/credit card receipt as to being correct and must inform Moonline LCC of any anomalies within 48 hours. Notification of errors received after this period or any changes to the booking, will not allow the client to withdraw from the contract.
c) Should confirmation or documentation not be received at least 5 days prior to departure, contact Moonline LCC immediately. In such cases, we will arrange for the documents to be available for you at the airport. (There may be an additional cost for this).
Should you fail to inform Moonline LCC that you are unable to travel for any reason, this will be considered as a cancellation requiring payment (reduced reimbursement of expenses, if any). With airline tickets we recommend the client to select Electronic ticket option, since no responsibility will be taken by Moonline LCC in case of delays in the mail or courier service-meaning that the full extra cost of possibly making new tickets will be the client's own responsibility.

4. Fulfillment center of Lufthansa City Center

Moonline LCC provides the travel services (flights, hotels, car rental etc) on behalf of its clients through third party contracts as follows:
All tickets are issued directly by Moonline LCC. We provide a full travel management service for offline reservations as well as online bookings.
An exception is for the low cost carriers where the bookings will be made directly with the low cost carriers. Here the airline is the provider and all changes, requests for refunds must be made directly with the airline.

5. LIABILITY of Lufthansa City Center as an agent

a) The Lufthansa City Center makes the necessary efforts to ensure that the information provided on this website is correct. Lufthansa City Center does not guarantee that this information is without error. The published information of this website, Software and Services may contain inaccuracies or spelling mistakes. The information provided here is subject to frequent changes and updates.
b) All liability of the Lufthansa City Center and /or its suppliers of this website are limited to gross negligence.
c) Details about the services provided or negotiated tourism offers are fully dependent on the information provided by the suppliers. These do not constitute a liability from the Lufthansa City Center towards the client.
d) The liability of the Lufthansa City Center for the services provided are limited to the efficient provision of the services in the framework of a cautious trader, not to the accuracy, completeness, correctness of the information and timeliness thereof and the provision of services by the third party.

6. Re-bookings and Cancellations

a) The possibility of rebooking, cancellation of a booking or name change, as well as the conditions and costs of passenger changes are only dealt with in accordance with the supplier’s conditions and cannot be influenced by the Lufthansa City Center.
b) For making the changes as mentioned under 7a) Moonline LCC will charge a service fee. In case of changes with LOW COST CARRIERS, the changes must be made directly with the low cost carrier.
Costs for making the changes will be indicated by the LOW COST CARRIERS WHEN MAKING THE BOOKINGS.
c) Regarding rebooking and cancellation fees- these are exclusively dictated by the third party contracts with suppliers.
Since a travel insurance is not automatically included in the packages we strongly recommend you to include such insurance when booking a package.

7. Acts of God or force majeur

Lufthansa City Center will not be liable for this contract in the following instances - demonstrations, war, political unrest, hijacking, acts of terrorism, fire, flooding, loss of power, accidents, storm, strikes, industrial action or other action that may result in the interruption of services of Lufthansa City Center or its suppliers.
In order to assist the passenger at all times about changes in their travel arrangements, our office will be open 7 days a week from 09:00 a.m. to 20:00 throughout the year. Our staff will always be able to assist you with the latest information.

8. Contract Termination by Lufthansa City Center or the supplier

Lufthansa City Center or its Supplier has the right to cancel the booking or parts of the booking in the following cases:
- The client is shown to have a bad credit rating
- The client’s credit card payment has been refused by the credit card company
- It is indicated that the person making the booking is not legally entitled to enter into a contract

9. Price and Changes of Services

In situations beyond the control of Lufthansa City Center, which may include, but are not limited to, exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, insurance surcharges or airport taxes, Lufthansa City Center are entitled to make a price adjustment.
Changes of price and conditions are part of the general conditions of the suppliers, whereby Lufthansa City Center will advise the client of any such changes immediately.

10. Service Fees

Lufthansa City Center, in line with other suppliers, will charge a fee for their services which will be added to your booking. This amount will be included in the final price but will be quoted separately on the invoice, when applicable.

11. Passport, Visa, Customs and health regulations

It is the responsibility of every passenger to ensure that he/she is holding all valid travel documents and visas and meets the health requirements for the countries to be visited.

12. Cancellation

A cancellation of a confirmed trip by the passenger will incur financial consequences, as stated in the booking conditions. Financial compensation obtained by court order is expressly prohibited.

13. Applicable Law

All Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Laws of the Kurdistan Regional Government and/or Iraq.

14. Changes in the General Conditions

Lufthansa City Center reserves the right to amend or add to the General Conditions of this website at any time.

16. Salvatorian Clause

Should any existing precondition be impractical or impossible to fulfill, the overall validity of this contract will not be affected.
